Malifaux Ice Gamins

Yesterday & Today i worked on the 3 Ice Gamins from Malifaux box : Children of December.

I used the airbrush & the same color scheme as on the Ice Golem. 

The only thing i did different is : I painted the icicles and ice-rock like the rocks they stand on for some variation in color.

Malifaux Ice Golem

Today i continued working on the Ice Golem. 

Yesterday i started with airbrushing white as a base. Then Temple guard blue , Teclis blue , highlights with Temple guard blue  & white. After that i washed the whole model with Drakenhof Nightshade.

Today i repeated airbrushing the highlights with Temple guard blue & white. And painted the eyes & teeth. 

I made the base for the model ...

The base i made out of cork and i used the texture paint : Mourn Mountain Snow & some flock.
Color of the stone is : Base Chaos black , then Dawnstone , washed with Nuln oil.
And dry-brushed with Administatum Grey.

Paint Table Saturday 1 : Malifaux WIP Ice Golem

Today my wife started this project on her blog. 

I had to enter of course ... 

So here it comes ... Malifaux's Ice Golem !

I used the airbrush for this one ...

First Perry miniature base

I just finished the first Perry miniature base with 3 Perry miniatures. 

I could not wait to show them to you ... 

I used texture paint , then brown wash and finally dry-brush with stone color.

 And flock of course ... 

This is a new miniature experience for me ... the historical miniatures. But i think you will see lots more of them ... I liked painting them and i'm loving the result !

I just finished 2 Perry miniatures.
