 Welcome to paint table 299 !

I was hopeful last week , but the heatwave killed the last bits of that. 40+ Degrees ! And with Belgium's high humidity , you almost couldn't breathe. So not much to report... No finished models ! In the beginning of the week I managed to start a new project ( or adding to an old project , it's how you see it... )

I'm planning to improve my old Empire troops. Not the paint-job on the miniatures , but the bases.

Give them all a black trim and make new movement trays. ( Keeping the paint-job for nostalgic reasons )

 And this is the new part of it. I've started on a new color-scheme for this small group.

8 Spearmen , 8 Riflemen , Mortar & Crew and Standard-bearer/Champion (2in1). Can be expanded at a later date. I finished one test model & currently working on five more... 

No progress on the other 3 paint tables...

No finished projects & no new projects this week , so I go straight to the current projects.

No progress on all mini's , except for the Masters of Possession.

He is almost finished...

I'm not looking forward to the cumming week , as they predict another heatwave here. 38° and more...

I still hope to paint ... you can see if I succeeded next week !

 Khorne : Ky-Ra & Buddha Scenery :

The new project was the Buddha Scenery and is finished. No other new projects where started at this time...

The current projects :

Paint table 1 : Dwarf female & 40k Chaos / Paint table 2 : High Elves.

 Paint table 3 : Death Guard , Stormcast , Seraphon & Mantic mini's / Paint table 4 : Empty.

And yes , I made a fourth paint table...

Chaos : Khorne : Ky-ra & random scenery finished !

 I found a 32mm version of Ky-Ra and thought she would make a fine Khorne hero.

And I was right.

 Buddha Scenery :

 I've always wanted to make a Buddha scenery. But I never found the right kind of Buddha. ( too small , ugly , etc...) And now I found one that suited my plans. And project finished !

A quick and satisfying project.

 Finally finished the Squig Gobba.

This is a ForgeWorld model and I'm no ForgeWorld resin fan. And that hasn't changed !
